01
Wall Assessment
Cliff checks your wall type . drywall, plaster, brick, stone , and locates the studs. Older Wilmington homes with plaster and lath need different anchoring than new construction drywall.
02
Bracket & Mount
The right bracket for your TV’s weight and VESA pattern gets lag-bolted into studs or anchored into masonry. Fixed, tilting, or full-motion . depends on where you’re sitting.
03
Cord Concealment
Power and HDMI run through the wall with a recessed outlet behind the TV. If the wall won’t allow it (brick, concrete, exterior wall), a paintable raceway keeps it clean.
04
Setup & Calibration
TV goes on the mount, cables connect, WiFi pairs, and streaming apps get set up. Cliff checks the picture settings and makes sure the remote works before leaving.
